CORPORATE OFFICERS AND KEY PERSONNEL

 

Jerri Latour

President and owner, with over 40 years of experience involving financial and administrative policies. Jerri has an equal amount of experience in the field of construction accounting and bank management. 

 

Jeff Malcolm

Executive Vice President – Unlimited License, with over 35 years of experience. Jeff has been a central figure at Howard Brothers since 1982. Among his responsibilities are overall job project management and establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers and vendors.

 

Lloyd Rigdon

Vice President – Unlimited License, Senior Project Manager and Estimator with over 36 years of experience at Howard Brothers. He began his career as an apprentice in the field in 1983 and as a field superintendent from 1986 through 2001 before transferring to the office where he began his role as Project Manager and Estimator. He has established and maintains many relationships with contractors, developers, and vendors. 

 

Kenneth Reid

Vice President -Unlimited License, with over 26 years of experience. Starting at Howard Brothers in 1991 he worked as an apprentice and foreman until 1998 when he was promoted to Project Manager and Estimator. He continues to serve in this role where his responsibilities include reviewing/bidding jobs and establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers, and vendors.

 

Taylor Wade

General Superintendent/ Safety Director, he is responsible for all field hiring and personnel. Taylor is tasked with coordinating construction site activities with the Project Managers. 

 

Mike Brown

Project Manager and Estimator, with over 20 years of service to Howard Brothers. Mike has worked in various roles for Howard Brothers. Active in the field from 1996 to 2006, he started as an apprentice, becoming a journeyman, and then job foreman. Since 2006 he has been working as a Project Manager and Estimator where his responsibilities include project management and estimating. Mike specializes in healthcare projects and is dedicated to continue building and growing relationships with our general contractors and clients.

 

Jody Johnson

Vice President Finance, a licensed CPA since 1976 with BS degree in Business Administration from UNC- CH. Jody joined Howard Brothers in 1987. His responsibilities include all aspects of construction accounting, financial reporting and treasury reporting.

 

Mike Gibbs

Chief Procurement Officer. Mike has a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University. He has over 30 years in the electrical industry with the last 27 years at Howard Brothers. His responsibilities include sourcing equipment, goods and services, and managing vendors.
